This past Thursday, Comet Swimmers competed at the OHSAA Sectional Swim Meet at Spire Institute in Geneva.  From that Meet, 10 different Comets have moved on to the OHSAA District Swim Meet at Bowling Green State University this coming Saturday, February 20th.  The Girls Meet will start at 11a and the Boys will compete at 5p. No spectators are permitted, but the event will be broadcast on a Livestream. Stay tuned for more information regarding the Livestream.

To advance to the OHSAA State Meet, the Top 2 finishers in each event automatically qualify from each District. There are 4 District Meets across the state, so there will be 8 automatic qualifiers in each event. The remaining 16 qualifying spots at the State Meet will come from the next best 16 times across the state in each event.

Additionally, our two Comet Divers will compete on Tuesday, February 16th, at BGSU for the opportunity to qualify for the OHSAA State Meet. The Top 5 Boy and Girl Divers competing at BGSU will advance to the State Meet.
