.@AmherstWrestlin Qualifies 8 To OHSAA Districts

2/29/20 Today, seven Amherst Wrestlers earned a spot at the OHSAA District Tournament at Perrysburg High School next weekend (March 6-7, 2020). In addition, two Comets are alternates should someone not be able to compete in their weight class. Lavell Gibson was our lone champion, winning the 220 pound weight class at today’s OHSAA Sectional Tournament

NEOITC All-Star Results and National Qualification

The Comets Track and Field team competed in the NEOITC All-Star Championships this past weekend. Dominic Deshuk is the 60 hurdle champion with a new school record time of 8.41 and has qualified for the Indoor National Track and Field Championships in New York.
